Extend Your Care Beyond the Clinic

StatRCC helps local healthcare providers monitor patients between visits, improve visibility, and stay connected without adding unnecessary complexity to their workflows.

What StatRCC provides

Support that stays with your patients.

StatRCC is designed to complement the clinical workflow you already use.

Extend Your Reach

Support patients outside traditional clinic visits, including after they return home.

Keep Patients Connected

Maintain engagement between visits, when distance can interrupt follow-up.

Support Your Care Team

Add monitoring and follow-up support so clinic providers can remain in the office seeing patients.

Designed around your workflow

We work with your model. We don't replace it.

Built around your workflow — not the other way around.

Rather than asking organizations to adapt to a one-size-fits-all technology model, we work collaboratively with each healthcare partner to develop programs that complement existing clinical workflows and address the needs of their patient population.

Home-based support

CMA and RN support, according to need.

Every patient enrolled in the program receives a home visit from a certified medical assistant (CMA) or registered nurse (RN), according to their needs.

Hospitals can contract with StatRCC to arrange virtual and in-home visits with StatRCC-contracted providers.

Practical implementation

Connected care should be practical.

Affordability matters to rural health centers. We work with each partner to define a program that fits its patient needs and available resources, with clear implementation and ongoing monitoring costs.

  • Patient needsThe program is shaped around the people you serve.
  • Available resourcesDesigned for organizations operating with tight budgets.
  • ImplementationImplementation costs are defined with each organization.
  • Ongoing monitoringMonitoring costs stay clear as the program continues.
